Alarm Monitoring
Response time to critical field alarms is guaranteed at our call center. Alarm dialers and Smart Alex server alerts arrive at our center in a priority queue that insures these alarms are dealt with first, and dealt with quickly. Upon receipt of these critical alarms, agents access on call personnel responsible for the maintenance of the alarmed site. Agents also have the ability to acknowledge and accept alarms using dial keypads. This action stops the alarm from continuing to dial the center as on call personnel are dispatched.
